The Maintenance Project For NO.2 BF of Jiangsu Xingda Iron& Steel Co.,LTD.

In recent days Henan Huaxi Furnace Refractory Co.,LTD.( Huaxi Refratory)make a maintenance plan which includes making non-metallic cooling stave and BF spraying for NO.2 blast furnace of Jiangsu Xingda Iron & Steel Co.,LTD.(XINGDA).

Non-metallic Cooling Stave

The non-metallic cooling stave is designed double ceramic wear resistance cooling module that using industrial water cooling and hold together by bolts between BF throat steel-brick and upper shaft. The cooling stave is casting with ceramic wear resistance castable and has the characters of high strength, wear resistance, erosion resistance, little deformation and long service life. It would help BF burden and gas flow smooth as so to meet the requirement of production and BF long life.

Blast Furnace Sparying

Besides repairing important parts, Huaxi Refractory also make the lining spraying from bosh upward position. To prevent some of lining spalled, a large of wire mesh anchors have been installed on furnace lining. The new lining after spraying is accordance with Party A’s requirement and specification. Now the maintenance plan is in process according to schedule.
