High-quality ceramic nozzles

It is made of low-expansion ratio and high thermal-conductivity cordierite-mullite as main materials, adding many kinds of micro-powder with vibrating process, and then sintered at high temperature. Thus it features excellent thermal shock stability, higher increment of strength, experiencing quick hot recirculation. Ceramic nozzle for hot-air stove produced by our company has unique round-channels for air-burning aid, unique coal-gas channels and the firing multi-hole structure. There are guiding bricks inside the round channels, distributing the air-flow homogeneously in each firing hole.

The firing-hole structure has the pre-mixing function to homogeneously mix coal gas with burning-aid air. The coal gas can burn completely under the condition of air residual ratio（1.04-1.08），increasing the burning temperature, eliminating burning pulse, having low working-loss, extensive range for adjusting, a good work-stability.
