Slag adhesion agent

Characteristics:
1.The HX slag adhesion agent is made of new Al2O3 material and imported special blending agent. It doesn’t pollute and has the function of purify molten iron and steel.
2.Adopting mechanical spraying method and the coating thickness within 1~3mm.
3.It will automatically separate from skin after slag dropping and doesn’t hurt the skin.
4.Length the service life of ladle if spray regularly. Don’t influence the operation in high temperature.
5.It can spray 10-25 furnace one time according different conditions and parts.
Application:
The parts of converter mouth,steel ladle mouth,iron ladle mouth which is easy to be damaged by slag sticking.
