The company has set up a special team for developing the blast furnace lining remote control wet method jetting lining technology. By the cooperation of a wet method spray machine and a remote control spray manipulator, the lining of the blast furnace is constructed by remote control thermal state jetting in lost time on the premise of not stopping the furnace, so that the gunning technology completes the big span from the semi-dray method to the wet method, the cold state to the thermal state and the pre-mixing type gunning to the gel combination gunning, and up to now, the gunning technology has been applied to the repair of gas pipes, ascending pipes and descending pipes, particularly the thermal state jetting repair of hot air pipes, and the non-obstacle smooth wind restoration is also realized, and the technology has reached the intentionally advanced level.
