The main material of the HXNCS-1 spray is low-iron mullite (low iron content), which has excellent thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance to CO and other atmospheres. It solves the defects of traditional cement combined with injection materials, combines powder with silica sol, has high strength at low and medium temperature, and has excellent impact resistance and wear resistance.
Use parts:
It is applied to the middle and upper part of the furnace body, where the temperature is relatively low (generally 400~800 ℃), and there is no slag formation and slag corrosion hazard. The refractory lining of this part is mainly damaged by the impact of furnace charge, the abrasion or thermal shock of rising furnace dust (up to 50 ℃/min), the invasion of alkali, zinc and the like, and the deposition of carbon.
