Through reasonable silicon micropowder and zirconium addition, self-flow molding or vibration molding can be selected according to needs. The castable has high strength, good thermal shock resistance and strong resistance to slag iron erosion. It can effectively improve the condition of the iron mouth, reduce the amount of stemming, increase the output of blast furnace iron and reduce the heat flow intensity of the cooling wall on both sides of the iron mouth. Generally used in blast furnace hearth side wall parts.
