The people's governments of counties (cities, districts), the management committees of development zones (management zones), and relevant municipal departments: According to the latest forecasts of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, from October 18 to 22, there will be continuous moderate To severe pollution process, the primary pollutant is PM2.5.

In order to effectively protect the health of the people, the municipal government decided to take further stricter control measures on the basis of the emergency emission reduction measures stipulated in the emergency response of heavy pollution weather level II:

From 8:00 on October 18 to 8:00 on October 22, (I), port collection and distribution vehicles are prohibited from entering and leaving the port area (except for people's livelihood protection materials); the city's steel, coking, cement, electric power, glass and other enterprises prohibit heavy trucks from entering and leaving the factory area (except vehicles that ensure safe production); construction sites and enterprises stop using non road mobile machinery (except electric).

(II) iron and steel enterprises: from 0: 00 on October 18 to 8: 00 on October 22, on the premise of ensuring safe production, the blast furnace production load of single blast furnace enterprises in Kaiping district, guye district, Fengnan district and Fengrun district will be reduced by more than 50%, while other enterprises will retain one blast furnace production (for safety measures such as maintaining pipeline pressure); From 20: 00 on October 20 to 8: 00 on October 22, one sintering machine production will be retained.

(III) coking enterprises: on the premise of ensuring safe production, coking enterprises are allowed to make appropriate adjustments to the coking and coal loading time before 24: 00 on October 19. from 0: 00 on October 20 to 24: 00 on October 21, all coking enterprises will stop loading coal in more than 50% (inclusive) carbonization rooms. after 0: 00 on October 22, they will continue to implement the emission reduction measures stipulated in the class ii emergency response for heavy pollution weather.

From 0: 00 on October 18, (IV) to 8: 00 on October 22, construction sites in Lunan, Lubei, Gaoxin and Kaiping stopped (construction is allowed on key municipal sites such as Super Green Building, Nanhu Crossover Bridge, Tangshan Huahai and Zhanxi District on the premise of reaching the "six hundred percent" of dust control).
